Experience :       2 to 5 years

Description a full time experienced B2B telemarketer / e-Commercial sales and lead generation specialist who can establish new prospects and ensure long lasting relationships with them. Calls or emails are mostly outbound and made to individual store owners nationwide. Must be conversant on a peer to peer level making clients feel comfortable and confident knowing they are speaking with a experienced marketer rather than a telemarketer with a robotic script. Additionally, the team member must have excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements Responsibilities: •    Cold calls/emails B2B to store owners to prospect new customers and follow up warm calls with existing customers. •    Providing feedback to management on customer satisfaction and product quality.               

Education:
 •    High school degree or better

Experience:
 •    2-5 years in is Business to Business telemarketing
 •    Experience with sales and marketing

Computer Skills:
 •    Experience with Micro software and good writing in email format

Other Skills:

 •    Communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of interaction with customers and report writing.
 •    Ability to understand campaign and program requirements.
 •    Ability to keep calm under pressure
 •    High energy level
 •    Organization and Time Management skills.
 •    Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast paced environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities.
 •    Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
 •    Strong presentation skills. •    Dedication, goal oriented and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Salary depending on telemarketing B2B experience, skills and work history.
